IDtech is an expert company in the development and manufacturing of access control and time management systems located in Isnes (Gembloux).
It distributes its applications to integrators in a B2B type distribution.

Challenge
IDtech has an IT system that no longer meets the company's current needs. Many tasks are manual, repetitive and unstructured.
The IT system is composed of several custom-built applications that are not connected to each other. This lack of integration leads to loss of information and long response times to customers.
Solution
In the context of business transformation, IDtech launched a program to modernize the company's management processes and change the obsolete IT system.

After an in-depth analysis of the market, IDtech decided to use Eezee as a partner for its digital transformation with Odoo as its main tool.
The reasons for this choice are mainly due to the complete integration that Odoo allows through its different applications. CRM, Sales and Invoicing applications to streamline business processes and better meet customer needs.
Helpdesk and Subscription applications to manage maintenance and service contracts. Optimization of new product development processes with Project Management, Timesheet and Production applications. Optimization of performance analysis processes with the General and Analytical Accounting modules.
This integration provides a centralized view of the customer's activities and offers better communication between the different departments.
Results
In less than 4 months, the Eezee-It team replaced the existing system and optimized the company's workflow.
